The new owner of the added the above painting to the collection as explained here under.  Unframed, 360 X 315mm.Lady with umbrella and male figure in the field.

I purchased this collection of very old original art and prints from an auction.  It is not always that one is so lucky to have the history written of the collection.  In the above photo Walter L. Gladstone of Court Hey, today Court Hey Park, Liverpool, U.K. purchased the art collection from the estate of R.R. Lockett on May 1907.

You will find in Wikipedia that Court Hey can be traced back to 1783.  The grounds were acquired by Robertson Gladstone (1805 - 1875) and his son, Walter Longueville Gladstone (1846 - 1919) farmed there after his father .  Walter who purchased this set of artwork died unmarried at Prescott, Lancashire, England.  It states that the Court Hey estate remained in the hands of the Gladstone family.  After the death of Walter Longueville Gladstone in 1919, the estate was purchased  by J. Bibby and Sons (Joseph Bibby).  Recreation of the Park continued alongside a printing business from which Joseph Bibby printed his Bibby's Annuals.

Walter L. Gladstone purchased the 1913 edition of Bibby's Annual and kept it is this leather folder.  Joseph Bibby purchased the Court Hey estate form Walter.  There is a connection of two or more people and the Bibby's Annual plays a role in their connection.

This print of "Shakila Phabhoo 1994 painting" on sale here is part of the collection in this leather folder.  The new owner of the art collection, whoever that was, stored the collection in a safe place to preserve it.

This is the art collection I acquired from the auction.  The leather folder is more than 120 years old.  The zip still closes the folder should you want to.
