I have for auction an excellent Oak striking wall clock dated Circa 1895-1910s the strike is the hour on the hour and then once on the half hour.The movement, dial, pendulum and case are all original to each other this is a good original reliable wall clock. Rewinding will be required once a week with the key provided. The clock runs very well keeping good time. The movement is excellent being recently oiled. The clock strikes on a tuned spiral gong which gives a lovely rich tone. The medium oak polished case is in good order the original silvered dial has expected age related wear please see all photographs all glass panels hinges and fitings are in good order and as they should be. To give an Idea of size the dimensions are Height  (63cm) Width 30cm Depth 17cm This clock is a genuine antique so please expect any usual age related wear or patination as it is very unusual to find an Antique Clock without any damage or signs of its age.
