The microphone must be located into the interior lights of your car, it have the specific place to install it, the bluetooth unit can be located behind the climatronic, or behind the cockpit or any place is good, just only be sure that it is correctly fixed to this place

In some cases is needed the coding of the bluetooth unit or the steering wheel column to be able te vocal commands. We recommend to use VCDS, vag-com or go to your audi dealer.
