The user does not understand how to setup an auction where he is auctioning a multiple number of items. He was auctioning 4 cricket tickets for one price as opposed to setting a price per ticket. I won the auction when I bid R500 for all four tickets, when I went to collect he thought the auction was for R500 PER ticket. The user needs to be educated accordingly as this was a particularly frustrating situation.
