According to the PFSA the basic stamp is a 1918/22 period issue with narrow crown over A watermark. The "roo" is grey and the pink frame shows some aniline quality leaning towards the 'pale' shade band. The 'S' has eleven holes and is thus Commonwealth period addition. The postmark has all the appearance of a 'cto' (cancelled to order). which in the context of these stamps, is a stamp deliberately and neatly cancelled by the authorities for presentation purposes and also for sale to collectors.
