2. Refunds
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

3. Combined Orders
Were happy to combine orders placed within 3 working days as your first purchase, in line with Bobs guidelines.
4. Courier Damage
Once your parcel is with the courier, it is their responsibility.
If damage occurs, please submit a claim directly through Bob.
Glass and porcelain items travel at the buyer's risk, and no refunds will be issued for courier damage.
5. Shipping
We aim to ship as soon as payment is received.
In some cases, dispatch may take place over the weekend.
We will keep you updated on your order status.
6. If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel - in case it is incomplete - before leaving a rating were happy to help.
