STEP BY STEP:
(A). Ralax for minutes. Wrap the cuff around the left wrist. The display should be placed on the palm side of the wrist.
(B). Don't pull cuff strongly and make the cuff too tight. The upper edge of the cuff should be approximately. 1.5cm from your palm line.
(C). Click the on/off key, the device starts measuring automatically.
(D). Sit upright and place your forearm on the storage case, so that the unit is at the same height as your heart.
How to obtain correct measuring results?
To obtain correct readings, measure the blood pressure always under the same conditions, at rest, not under the effect of alcohol, not during meals, not after heavy physical or mental stress. If possible, sit down at a table for the measurement.
How high is normal blood pressure?
Blood pressure is high if the diastolic value at rest is over 90 mmHg and/or the systolic value is over 160mmHg.
