Autool CT180 Fuel Injector Cleaner & Tester With a 4-inch High-Resolution Touch Screen

The Autool CT180 is a fuel injector cleaner and tester machine with a 4-inch high-resolution touch screen. It realizes automatic cleaning, testing and live monitoring of dynamic values of 4-cylinder engine injectors through intelligent design. Different testing conditions can be set to test the injectors, such as spray ability test, leakage test, injection flow test, etc. The whole working process of CT180 can be completed by touch screen or knob operation, which can be a brand-new experience for the auto repair industry.

AUTOOL CT180 is an expert in injector solutions, featuring 7 injector-specific functions:

1. Ultrasonic cleaning: It can clean several injectors at the same time and completely remove carbon deposits from the injectors.
2. Uniformity/Spray ability test: To test the uniformity of injecting amount of each injector, and to monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight. This test is also for reverse flush.
3. Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under system pressure.
4. Injecting flow test: To check the injecting amount of the injector in 15 seconds of constant injection.
5. Automatic test: To test injectors by simulating different working conditions.
6. No-disassembly cleaning: Direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors, this function is an additional function, which requires special adapters.
7. Settings: The Settings interface is used to set the default values whenever the device is started.
   

Smart touch screen design:

Designed with a 4" high resolution touch screen, all testing functions can be completed by touch screen operation. After testing, the test fluid can be drained out by pressing the button on the control panel.

Automatic test: Auto test contains all of the above tests. According to the pre-set mode, it can simulate the working condition of the engine and automatically test the comprehensive performance of the fuel injectors.

Uniformity/Spray ability test: Uniformity test is to find out if the flow of different injectors meets the requirement or specifications under the same working condition. This test can reflect the comprehensive influences on the injector caused by electrical nature, bore variation and clogging. Spray ability test is to inspect the spraying performance by observing the injectors.

Leakage test: Leakage test is to inspect the sealing conditions of the injector needle valve under system pressure and to find out if the injector is dribbling. Bright background lights can help to clearly see the various conditions during injector testing.

Injecting flow test: Injecting flow test is to check if the injecting flow in 15 seconds meets the specifications for injecting amount. The deviation reflects the wear or clogging in the injector, instead of electrical parameter variation.

Test level gauge & Pressure gauge:

• It allows you to observe the amount of test fluid and the test fluid can be recycled.
• It allows you to observe the pressure during test to avoid damage to machine or injectors caused by excessive pressure.

How does the CT180 work?

Ultrasonic Cleaning:

1. Add the cleaning fluid and put the injectors into the ultrasonic cleaning bath.
2. Connect the pulse signal lines and select the item 1 Ultrasonic Cleaning function to start.

Ultrasonic cleaning bath size: 153x87x67(mm), power: 70W.

Injector Testing:

1. First add the test fluid, then install the injectors on the fuel distributor, and fix them with bolts.
2. Different functions can be selected to test to see if any of the injectors are leaking or blocked.
