Aventura do Sabor's "MOGIANA" is a very delicate, sweet, and fruity bean with undertones of green apple and dark chocolate aftertaste.
It has a subtle creamy cocoa body and it is very low in acidity. It is smooth as silk and is exceptionally sweet. As a result, it is gentle and mild in the cup.
MOGIANA makes an excellent crema and a refreshing espresso drink. It is also recommended for all milk-based coffees.

The beans of MOGIANA originate from the Mogiana Region in Brazil - east of São Paulo, which takes its name from the railway system, Railways Mogiana Company, which was built in 1872 to transport the huge volumes of coffee that were being grown in the area.
