Avocado Oil

Avocado Oil is 100% vegetable based.  It is known as a cold pressed oil or a carrier oil.

It is an ultra rich oil and contains high amounts of Vitamin A, B1, B2, D, and E. Avocado Oil also contains amino acids, sterols, pantothenic acid, lecithin, and other essential fatty acids.

Throughout history avocado oil has been known for its healing and regenerating properties. It can be used for treating sun, climate or chemical damaged skin that is dehydrated and undernourished. It is also reported to help regenerate and rejuvenate the skin as well as soften the skin tissue. 

Natural Contents:

Vitamin A, B1, B2, D, and E, Rich in protein, linoleic acid, minerals.

Uses:

This oil is ideal for use as a bath oil.  Avocado oil can be used on its own as a massage oil but due to it being such a rich oil, it can also be diluted with other carrier oils.

Wonderful in hair care, mix with conditioner base to create a beautifully rich hair treatment, blend with other carrier oils around 5% - 30% to provide deep moisturisation.  

Precautions

Safe to use during pregnancy.

As it is a nut based oil, use with caution on people with nut allergies.
