• I am a very customer centric and flexible seller and pride myself in supplying buyers with excellent service, constant communication and good quality products;
• Should you ever be unhappy with anything at all, please contact me before leaving a neutral or negative rating.  I will ALWAYS try my utmost to resolve all issues;
• Parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen whilst in transit are beyond my control - PLEASE consider INSURANCE for high value parcels;
• Checkout and Payment are due within 7 days of an Auction closing.  Should you be unable to pay within this time frame, please contact me to make alternative arrangements.  Should I not hear from you, a Sale Not Complete (SNC) will be filed, Item will be relisted and negative ratings will be posted;
• Please make ALL payments into Bid or Buy's Account as per the online instructions - at this stage I do NOT OFFER direct payment facilities;
• You do not need to send me a proof of payment, but it is best practice to keep your proof of payment in the event it is ever needed;
• Postage is always for the buyers account.  The same applies to unclaimed parcels that need to be resent, or parcels that are sent back from buyer to seller;
• Take a moment and consider that sellers are charged listing fees for Auctions and incur many hidden expenses.  These cannot be recovered in the event that a buyer reneges on a sale - Remember, it is a legal binding contract - so please, ONLY BID if you have every intention of fulfilling the sale;
• Market prices are usually estimated/indicative unless otherwise specified;
• Postage rates are standard and are in line with most BoB sellers.  Remember, postage includes a sellers T+M;
• For any orders of R1000 or more, I am most willing to offer buyers a discount on postage, products or both.  Please enter into negotiations with me in this regard;
• Should you have a deadline to receive your item, please communicate this clearly to me so that you are not dissapointed by potential delays I may experience on my side.
