WOODEN DOLL'S HOUSE IS 71CM TALL X 76CM X 31 CM AND HAS THREE LEVELS - ONE UNDER ROOF PLUS A SUN ROOM ON THE SIDE. EACH LEVEL HAS TWO ROOMS - IN OTHER WORDS SEVEN ROOMS ALL-IN-ALL, FIVE OF WHICH ARE CARPETED AND ONE - THE KITCHEN HAS A PAINTED 'PARQUET' FLOOR. THE SUNROOM HAS A WOODEN FLOOR. THERE IS A NICK ON THE ONE CORNER OF THE SUNROOM AND THE TOP OF THE ROOF - BUT NOTHING A LICK OF PAINT WON'T HIDE. A LITTLE ARTIST ALSO DREW A PATTERN ON THE PARQUET FLOOR AND A FEW OF THE HOOKS THAT HOLD UP THE VARIOUS CURTAIN RAILS NEED TO BE REPLACED. HOWEVER, ALL-IN-ALL HOUSE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
