The 540V is also equipped with DVD Audio technology to take advantage of the greater bandwidth offered in DVD Audio CDs. The benefit of DVD Audio is particularly apparent in music played in surround sound.
The 540V is encased behind a functional, ergonomic, solid aluminium fascia and its comprehensive functions can also be accessed via the standard full-function remote control.
Radio broadcasts are handled by an FM/MW tuner with 40 station presets, whilst a wide selection of analogue and digital inputs and outputs offers supreme flexibility. Naturally, the DVD player doubles up as the unit’s CD player, making the 540V an all-encompassing movie and music package at a budget price.
