Note that all perfumes are original, in its original packaging. We do not re-bottle perfume, claiming it’s the same ingredients or anything like that. Although we only list perfume we currently have in stock, we do our best to ensure out stock listings are up to date.

Are all your perfumes original?
We only sell original perfume, no fakes!!! If you are unhappy about the quality of our product, we will reimburse you the full amount (including shipping) if the return policy conditions are met.
How do you manage to sell so cheap?
We have special arrangement with foreign suppliers & also make use of the most effective shipping methods. We’re an online store and do not have to pay expensive shop rental fees like big chain stores. Last but not least, we operate on extremely small profit margin.
Do you take request orders that are not listed on BOB?
We only take request orders for three or more perfumes at once. When orders are placed we are however not in full control of the time period of arrival, as shipping, customs and stock availability can affect the delivery time. Should you require an order, please contact us via BOB and we can try to arrange a listing for your order, should our supplier stock these items. Orders are subject to our discretion.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product, please inform us as soon as possible and do not use the perfume. Please return the product to us for testing. It is however our intention to keep our customer happy and if the complaint is valid, we will refund the value of the perfume as well as all shipping costs. Should the complaint on the quality be unreasonable, we will not reimburse you. Note that minor box dents caused by shipping are not considered a product that can be returned. We do however ensure all products are in good condition before shipping & insure shipments, should anything happen to the perfume while in transit to your PO Box.
Do you have a shipping policy?
We only ship goods insured, via the SA Post Office to a RSA registered PO Box. Shipping is R50 for the first bottle of perfume and R20 extra per bottle. You can also pick-up the perfume at our storage facility just off Samrand Avenue in Centurion, but you will need to arrange with us first. We process and post orders on Mondays and Thursdays and transit time is dependent on the SA Post Office.
Why don’t you respond to my emails immediately?
HeavenScent is a fairly new start-up entity. Although we cannot afford to employ full-time staff to answer all queries within minutes (remember we are trying to keep costs as low as possible for your benefit), we still try to deliver a reasonable response time to questions posted.
You say you are a new company, should I be wary of your products?
Not at all! Although we are new to the online world, we have been selling perfume by word of mouth to many satisfied customers. We have also applied for BOB’s validation process, to be backed by BOB’s guarantee policy. This guarantee should be in place be early April, if approved by BOB.
