The device operates at less than 0.8mA, low-power ambient light sensor; has a 32-bit illumination value register and a 112-byte EEPROM data storage unit, and measures 0-200,000 lumens of light intensity values.? The spectral response of the on-chip photodiode is optimized for the human eye`s response to ambient light, integrating infrared and UV shielding. The adaptive gain circuit automatically selects the correct lumen range optimization test (count value/lumens).
