DESCRIPTION	A water colour painting of some West Coast cottages by South African artist B van Rooy. It is mounted, framed and protected by glass. The painting is in horizontal format and measures 38 x 49 cm with frame and 25.5 x 37.5 cm for the artwork alone. The artist signed the work at bottom right and dated it '90 (1990). CONDITION	This artwork is in very good condition and can be hung as it is.
