b0003 MATCHBOX MODELS OF YESTERYEAR - ?? PRE-PROD or CODE 3

Never played with. This model came without a box. 

This model was bought some years ago of a retired Matchbox factory worker who refused to tell me about the origin of this model. Although I see some indicators on these models that it might be pre-production models, I have no proof of that. MICA (Matchbox International Collectors Association) also did not record any pre-production models. I therefor have no choice other than selling these one of a kind (that I and many collectors know of) as CODE 3 models. 

(I bought appox. 15 such models off of him, together with other rare standard MOY models, all for my personal collection)

Facts are, this is an extremely rare model, possible the only one, this model was assembled in the Matchbox factory, and all components are MOY components. This is a gem in a MOY collection, and it makes out an important part in a collection.
