A reprint of Babel's first cookbook by renowned South African food stylist and chef, Maranda Engelbrecht. This edition has a more detailed section on Babylonstoren wine.

Babel is the restaurant at Babylonstoren farm near Franschhoek. Maranda Engelbrecht was involved in creating Babel's kitchen.
