Once payment reflects, your parcel will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days (this is excluding estimated delivery times, weekends and public holidays). The tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched. Please note that Jozi Knitswill not be held liable for delays caused by couriers. Although we take extra care to package your parcels as securely as possible, we cannot be held liable if items damage during transit.
You are welcome to Ask a Question if you would like different colours and / or sizes. Custom Knits take 2 to 3 weeks depending on size of orders.
