BABY GAP Girls Indigo Embroidered Dress,3 years old

My daughter had worn this dress once for few hours only during an event at my husband’s work. This dress is labelled 4T however it runs small in my opinion, if u have small frame child this dress will fit at that age but my daughter wore this when she was 2.5 years old, a little bit loose and still does fit at moment it just so happen, she wants this out in her closet. The sleeve is like3/4 in length and i simply like the embroidery on it.
