Harmless records PIR and Tom Moulton in a marriage made in Disco and Philly Soul Heaven. The premise is simple really. Take the best back catalogue in Disco, add the man who essentially invented the disco remix/edit and the 12" and present all the work over 4 CD's. Some of these tracks are original mixes from the 70's that have already seen the light of day. Some are unreleased works from this era and then there are a whole heap of new mixes for this project. Just looking at he track list should excite any Disco or Philly Soul fan. Moulton himself has a very subtle style in contrast to the more rough and ready works of the likes of Walter Gibbons.
