Yes, it is possible. You can back up your original games and play the backups on your ps2. No harm done, right? The secret lies in your memory card, send the card to me, I will load the software onto it and return it to you. Then, you copy your original games using the special software I shall provide, using the method I tell you and voila, the backups can be played. This saves your original disks from damage. It works like a charm :) all without voiding your warranty. amazing, huh?
Please note, although I am certain that this method works, I cannot give my word that it shall work for all games. Out of the 10 new titles I tried, 9 have worked.
