Unlock the power of ultra-flexible, durable prints with TPU 90A — a filament designed for creators who demand both flexibility and structure. Whether you're crafting shoe soles, RC tires, custom grips, or multi-material prototypes, this filament delivers an exceptional combination of elasticity, wear resistance, and compatibility with rigid materials. With built-in support for beam-interlocking with PLA and PETG (on supported dual-nozzle machines), TPU 90A opens up a world of creative possibilities.
Product Features:
Perfect balance of softness & strength: At 90A hardness, this filament offers impressive flexibility while holding its shape under load — ideal for functional, wearable, or impact-absorbing parts.
Multi-material friendly: Seamlessly pairs with PLA and PETG via structural interlocks in multi-nozzle systems (e.g., H2D), letting you combine rigid and soft elements in one print.
Superior wear resistance: Engineered for repeated flexing and bending, making it perfect for high-demand applications like hinges, cushions, or protective covers.
Ready for creative colour effects: Includes specialized variants like "Blaze" and "Frozen" with gradient effects that appear once per spool for unique style elements.

Ideal Uses:
Shock-absorbing components: grips, bumpers, cases
Wearables and custom gear that need soft yet durable materials
Parts that combine hard and soft zones (e.g., tool handles with soft grips)
RC tires, flexible mechanical joints, or protective pads that bend and flex repeatedly
Colour-Rich designs where the soft gradient effect adds aesthetic value
Printing & Storage Tips:
Dry your filament: TPU 90A is moisture-sensitive; dry at ~70 °C for 8 hours and store sealed with desiccants.
Use recommended nozzle sizes: 0.4 mm / 0.6 mm / 0.8 mm are supported; avoid 0.2 mm nozzles for best reliability.
Adhesion is key: Use glue stick or adhesive on a PEI build plate to avoid warping.
Keep speed moderate: While engineered for performance, best prints occur under ~200 mm/s; pushing beyond may affect quality.
Not AMS compatible: Note that TPU 90A is not compatible with AMS / AMS Lite systems.
When you need more than just a typical flexible filament, TPU 90A rises above. It offers the durability of a tougher polymer with the move-and-flex behavior of a true elastomer. Perfect for functional prints, advanced hybrid prints, and designs that need to move, absorb, and perform. Bring your most demanding flexible parts to life — with precision, reliability, and creative flair.
