Bambu Lab's TPU 95A HF is a specially formulated flexible filament designed for high-speed 3D printing. Compared to conventional TPU, this "HF" (High Flow or High Frequency) version allows significantly faster print speeds without sacrificing flexibility, adhesion, or impact resistance. 

It's ideal for printing durable, elastic parts—cases, grips, gaskets, wearables—while reducing print time.

High-speed capable — Print speeds up to ~147 mm/s (compared to 44 mm/s for standard TPU) when using proper settings. 

Improved volumetric flow — Volumetric throughput of 3.6 mm³/s in standard mode; HF version boosts performance (for comparison) 

Excellent flexibility & toughness — Maintains TPU's signature elasticity, high impact resistance, and strong interlayer adhesion. 

Cold temperature resilience — Retains performance even in lower temperature environments. 

Multi-colour options — Available in White, Gray, Yellow, Blue, Red, Black (various spool color codes) 

301 mm spool & build optimization — Packaged on a high-temperature reusable spool with filament specs (1.75 mm ± 0.03 mm)

Printing & Handling Tips:

Dry before printing

TPU 95A HF is very moisture-sensitive. Dry at 70 °C for about 8 hours. 

Use a hardened nozzle

Use 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm or 0.8 mm hardened steel nozzles. Avoid 0.2 mm, which may clog. 

Bed adhesion

Use glue, tape, or adhesive methods on PEI or textured surfaces to prevent warping. 

Moderate retraction

Use retraction 0.8—1.4 mm at speeds of 20—40 mm/s to balance stringing vs filament control. 

Manage print speeds

While HF mode supports higher speeds, tune carefully. Start slowly and ramp up to find stable settings.

Limit AMS use

TPU 95A HF is not compatible with Bambu AMS systems. 

Storage

Store in sealed containers with desiccant; keep humidity < 20% RH.
