The Baptismal Promises Holy Card measures approximately 10,5cm by 6,5cm. The card is made of firm cardboard and has a vintage look and feel.

The baptismal promises set out on the reverse are a great reminder of the promises associated with our baptism.

They are set out in an easy to read manner and provide as follows:

I reject sin, so as to live  in the freedom of God's children.

I reject the glamour of evil and refuse to be mastered by sin.

I reject Satan, father of sin and prince of darkness.

I believe in God, the Father almighty creator of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son our Lord, who was born of the the Virgin Mary, was crucified, died and was buried, rose from the dead and is now seated at the right hand of the Father.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.
