This is one of an extensive handmade series of tinplate bar art bottle holders. None of them carry a maker's mark. All are meticulously constructed, quirky, boast delightful detailing, and are showing their age through patination and oxidation. All are pictured with a bottle of wine which is not included in the deal. These are lovely things. Great gifts!
This one is a biker astride his American chopper. Notice the details on the bike itself, and the fella's shades, which are to die for. So cool!
