We do reserve the right to close any auction at any time without prior notice.

All payments must be done within 48 hours after closing of auction – if not, items will be re-listed.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS, AS WE HAVE OTHER PRIORITIES, ESPECIALLY DURING THE WEEK AND SUNDAYS.

Postage of item(s), will be done on the Monday after clearance of payment.

We pack items with utmost care, but please consider that we cannot be held responsible if the package is man-handled by third parties. Insurance on parcels upon request – please enquire when placing the Order after the Auction. You cannot give us a neutral/negative rating due to breakage as we pack with utmost care. We will assist you as far as possible, but we require ratings we will not rate you if you don’t rate us – we’re all working to become a successful buyer/seller.
