Terms and conditions:
1) Postage:
I will gladly post to any country in the world.
Regular mail - R8.00 ( no claims for items lost in the mail ). Registered Mail - R25.00 ( tracking number emailed ). Insured Mail - Please request a quote before bidding. Overseas postage - Registered Mail - R100.00. All items will be posted within three working (Monday - Friday) days of confirmed payment. Items will be securely packaged and should reach the destination in the same condition as posted. No refunds will be given if an item is damaged during transit. Stock cards are not included in the auction price and are used for scanning purposes only.
2) Combining Wins:
Auctions won over a period of six days will be posted together to save on postal costs. However, due to the costs involved in these auctions, a charge of R 0.00 will be charged per additional item. If you wish to keep bidding on items after the three day period, please contact me. If no contact is made, the items will be posted and any futher items won will be charged at the full postal charge. If the items won over the extended period do not fit into a regular envelope, additional charges may be added to compensate for the bulk.
3) Payments:
Unfortunately, most banks will not entertain an electronic transfer of less than R10.00. If your auction win is less than this (including postage), and you still wish do do an EFT, please transfer R10.00 and I will send your change in cold, hard cash. All payments must be made within seven days after your first auction win, unless you contact me to advise otherwise. It is not that the money is the desperately needed, but keeping control of the stock becomes a little confusing for my tiny brain.
3) Returns:
In the event of the items not being in the same condition as described, I will gladly refund all costs, including return postage. Should you not be happy with the article, please contact me within seven days of receipt. Refunds will only be made once the item has been returned, and only if in the same condition as when originally posted. Items lost in the mail will not be refunded.
4) Errors:
If you do spot an error in an auction, please contact me as soon as possible. The error will be rectified immediately or the auction withdrawn.
5) Bidding:
Please, please do not bid if you have no intention of fulfilling your obligation. I do not like to file SNC's, but if you want to waste my time, please expect one.
