35 Minute Power Toning
Consisting of three sections, this powerful section attacks those problem areas! Section one will firm the upper body, arms and chest. Section two will tone that stomach and midriff. Section three will hone the total body, whilst concentrating on bums and legs.
20 Minute Power Stretching
Firm your upper arms, thighs and abdominal muscles whilst releasing tension from your neck, back and spine. This de-stressing sequence ends with deep relaxation to help you totally unwind.
