DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	An original oil painting depicting a NAMAQUALAND SCENE WITH A FARM COTTAGE by well known South African artist BARBARA PLONER. The painting is framed in the original 1980s frame. The framed artwork is small to medium in size, horizontal format and measures 42 cm x 49 cm. The artwork alone (thus without frame) measures 23 x 30 cm. The painting is signed at bottom right and it is not dated, but it clearly dates from the 1980s. You can see the item as sold in the image above. CONDITION	The artwork is in very good unfaded and undamaged condition. There are a few small damage spots on the frame but the artwork is ready to be hung as is.

A very attractive artwork with a typical South African Namaqualand scene, done by a very competent and well known artist.
