Introduction by Angela Thirkell and illustrated with drawings by Fritz Kredel, illustrations printed by Walter Fischer. Book designed by Richard Ellis, printed at the Peter Pauper Press. Set in monotype Bell and printed on Curtis natural white paper. Bound by Russell-Rutter Company in half black levant-grain leather, gold stamped with design by Kredel. Imported pattern paper sides. 584 pages, 5 ¾ x 9 ½ inches (a companion volume to 263 The Warden). Fine book in Fine Slipcase, very collectable. |
