The points are automatically issued to you every year. These points increase in line with inflation each year, ensuring that your asset appreciates and you continue to enjoy a lifetime of holidays.
Member Benefits includes; the freedom to vacation at any Flexiclub resort, enjoy as many holidays as you choose, provided you have sufficient points, Points are issued at the beginning of each year for you to use. Any unused points may be accumulated for up to 36 months, the value of your points increases in line with inflation each year, regular interactive communications

Take note that Flexiclub raise annual fees - They include your Annual Club Subscription, Refurbishment Reserve and Holiday Contribution. This can be paid monthly (by debit order) over 9 months. The fees are made up as follows:
1. Annual Club Subscription;
to cover the annual operating expenses of running the Club e.g. accounting and administration costs, reservations, statements. Each member pays the same amount. The 2013 fees R 1 892
2. Refurbishment Reserve:
This amount covers costs incurred to maintain the quality standards. The current percentage is 0.5% plus a Base Levy of R295 per member
3. Holiday Contribution:
is calculated at 8.5% of the value of the points you own. This payment is transferred to your Holiday Savings accounts. This is kept in your Holiday Savings account until you book a holiday and only then will they deduct the amount applicable from your Holiday Savings. Any Holiday Savings remaining at the end of the year will carry forward
Example of annual fees calcultation:
4 900 points x 11.40 per point = value R 55 860.
Holiday Contribution @ 8.5% = R 4 748
Club Subscription R 1 892
Refurbishment Reserve R 279 (0.5%)+R 295
Total = R 7 214 per year (R 801 p/m over 9 months)
Transfer Fees: There is a transfer fee of R 990 to transfer the points into your name. FICA documentation required (ID, Poof of recidence etc.). Take note the transfer fee is included under the shipping charges.
Payment: Winning bid amount + R990 transfer fee within 48 hours.
