Locally SA manufactured vintage look 120mm spoke wheel barn door hardware kit.

Give your home that country feel by fitting a sliding barn door to a standard house door opening. It is especially useful in a room where there is not enough space for a normal open swing door.

Our standard kit is for use on a standard door opening width of up to 900mm or door width of 950mm. For larger openings / doors / double door setups can we customise a complete kit to your needs.

IF YOU HAVE A SKIRTING ON THE FLOOR, THEN WE NEED TO PROVIDE LONGER SPACERS BEHIND THE RAIL, PLEASE MAKE CONTACT FOR A CUSTOM QUOTE. 

Standard spacer provide a +-10 gap between wall and door, the next length spacers allow a +-30mm gap.

Our system make use of a hidden floor door guide by means of a groove that is needed at the door's bottom. Groove to be +-15mm wide x15mm deep.

The wheels can carry safely up to 150kg of door weight, made of high quality aluminium wheels of 120mm in diameter with bearings.

For normal door thickness of around 40mm.

Warranty is 12 months on normal mechanical parts and quality.
