After playing with "Stop" and "Go" signs with Angela, Baby Bop leaves to direct some traffic of her own!
Meanwhile, inthe caboose, Barney and the kids enjoy a costume parade, a game of "musical Stop & Go," and some very vigorous body movement. Out in the park, Baby Bop stops a police officer, a dog, and attempts to stop a bird, who flies on about its business. Weary from motion, the kids and Baby Bop stop for some relaxing lisening time. Barney reads a playful version of "Three Billy Goats Gruff", acted out by the kids in a fantasy fashion on the park's bridge. Finally it's time to stop playing after a day of fun!
