Barretsridge Beer Bread Recipe Mix 450g (Garlic & Herb)

Barrett¿s Ridge Beer Bread mix contains all the necessary dry ingredients to make a loaf of original flavour Beer Bread.

There¿s no measuring, kneading or expensive equipment required. Just add one 330ml beer, mix together and bake. After approximately 45 minutes you will have a loaf of fresh, exceedingly tasty bread.

The Barrett¿s Ridge mix can also be used for mini loaves or muffins - simply adjust baking time accordingly. It also makes a great batter for chicken, fish and onion rings.

Not into beer? You can also use soda water, any carbonated soft drink, cider, or non-alcoholic beer if you want the same flavour but without the alcohol.
