• Steel Balustrades (approx 35m, height approx 1m, painted in good condition, each section measures approx 2,2m) - (to remove yourself)

• Concrete walling approx 32m with concrete vertical columns and concrete vertical slats (already removed)
• Internal hollow-core doors (already removed)
• Wooden tar poles (similar to those use for lapas / telephone poles) - various lengths approx 15cm x 3m each - approx 7pcs loose
• Pool pump with cover, steel sand filter, with elec box and timer - currently in use.
