A superb piece of South African art pottery, made in Pretoria by Globe Potteries Ltd, which produced a range of ceramic ware from the 1920s to the 1950s. Condition good, though a very small rim chip has been repaired. Height (to top of handle) 260 mm; length of bowl 260 mm; width of bowl 180 mm; weight approx. 1.4 kg.
