Welding Points:

B- : Connect to battery 1 negative
B1 : Connect the point between battery 1 and battery 2
B2 : Connect the point between battery 2 and battery 3
 B3 : Connect the point between battery 3 and battery 4
 B+ : Connect to battery 4 positive

First contact the B- pin and add one battery at a time till the last B+, otherwise it may cause damage to the board.
