A hardcover edition published by Times Media Limited with Jonathan Ball Publishers in 1991Green cover boards with white writing to the spine, binding is tight & strong, staining visible on front and back covers no marks on internal pages tho pages have wavey appearance to ends, a gift inscription on back of contents page in marker pen has left some marks on artist note page, dustjacket is mostly complete but tatty & torn to spine & bookends, a readable & a good working copy thus priced accordingly
