This is a porcelain child's bowl from the Schumann porcelain factory in Arzberg, Bavaria, Germany. The bowl features a central image of two children skating on a pond. The rim is decorated with a pattern of birds and a geometric design. The Schumann factory was a family-run business established in 1881. The specific blue mark on the base of this bowla lion standing on a coat of arms with the words "Bavaria" and "Schumann"was in circulation from approximately 1932 to 1944.
Flaws: There is one small, noticeable manufacturing flaw on the side of the bowl.
