A beautiful, antique ring, Possibly French or other European in origin, made with a fine 18ct gold band and silver top setting, mounted with an old oval faceted citrine gemstone of a light yellow, lightly included. The top design has lovely patterned detail set with 12x small old cut diamonds for sparkle. See photos for details, tested and verified as 18ct and silver accordingly.
