ANTIQUE BRASS CEILING LIGHT SHADES
With obscure glass panels
Two available - ONE LEFT!
The shades are of solid brass and each have a total of 12 obscure glass panels in the shape of rectangles and triangles.
They were designed to be fitted over any ceiling light fitting, but no reason why they can't be used vertically as well.
They are in good condition and to retain the patina they have not been cleaned or polished. As can be expected they may have a small dent or a slight bend in the metal here and there, but this just adds character.
The glass panels are replacements and a few spare ones will be included, just in case!
The panels are secured with copper clips that are bent against the glass to hold them in place. For shipping purposes the panels will be removed and properly packaged to prevent breakage.
The part that holds the glass panels hinges on the base, making it easy to change globes.
We have two of these shades available, the second one slightly more tarnished than the one pictured. First buyer will receive the one as pictured.
The exact age and origin of the pieces are not known, so please have a look at the images to verify.

Diameter from side to side is 31.5cm and from corner to corner 36.5cm.
Total height from the base to the tip is about 22cm.
Measured from one glass panel to the one directly opposite it, the internal width is 26cm.

Any questions welcome!
