Beautiful Cattle Herding country scene oil on canvas painting by Andre Grobler. Born in 1938 in South Africa, his self taught trademark was the unique use of colour and his broad impressionistic brush style. Sadly Andre passed away in November 2011. This lovely painting in brown/yellow hues, is of a couple herders herding cattle in the setting sun, with the mountains in the background. The painting is in a lovely gilded frame. The painting measures 60cm x 34cm and the frame 76cm x 49cm. The painting comes with a certificate of authenticity and valuation. A fantastic piece for your home - great investment.
