Beautiful and hard to find (especially in SA) infill panel plane. I am not sure who made this one as there are no makers marks that I could find except for the Robert Sorby stamps on the blade and cap iron, could be a Spiers, Norris or even user made. The infills are Rosewood, there is a crack in the rear handle which I have filled with CY glue to keep it from splitting but this should be an easy fix for any woodworker.
