DELIVERY DETAILS/SHIPPING INFO:
All items will be shipped via courier to your doorstep. Please ensure that you have a PHYSICAL ADDRESS listed on Bid or Buy and that the contact details are correct to ensure speedy delivery without delays. Leave us a message with your order if there are any specific details regarding your delivery. We only use economy services couriers, so delivery can take between 3-7 work days depending the area that you live in. Some remote areas are only serviced certain days of the week and it can mean that your delivery may be delayed. If you need an overnight or special delivery please enquire beforehand for additional costs and we can arrange it for you. We strive to send out parcels within 72 hours after payment has been received and cleared. Parcels shipped only during the week, not over weekends or public holidays. All items in stock unless otherwise stated in the item description. Shipping costs include courier costs, packaging, handling, administration, etc. Please note NO COLLECTIONS can be accepted as we are an online business only. For all messages please use the message function available on Bid or Buy with your order to ensure that we receive the message and we will reply as soon as possible.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
· Please complete payment within 3 days after order has been placed as we would like to finalise all orders within 5 days. Combining of orders only allowed within a one week period, ie Monday to Saturday. That means that only orders placed/bids won in one specific week will be combined for one shipment. You can not carry any items over to a following week. If you are not happy with this arrangement, please do not bid on an item.
