IN 9CT YELLOW GOLD. *JEWELLER VALUATION R 9'453*

This classic piece of English jewellery features a 0,19 carat dark blue sapphire, claw set in 9ct yellow gold and surrounded by 12 small round-cut diamonds bezel set in a frilly frame. A simple shank forks into two on the shoulders supporting the ring head. The back of the ring head has been left open to allow the light to pass through it, enhancing the sapphire. The colour contrast between the yellow gold, the dark blue sapphire and the particularly bright diamonds is lovely! The pedigree of the piece is shown in the hallmarks '375' indicating 9ct gold, '9ct', the jeweller's signature, the Birmingham Assay mark and the letters 'DIA' indicating genuine authenticated diamonds. The piece has been valued at R 9'453. An elegant, feminine and classic design with a bit of a twist in the split shank. Please note the small ring size although this one would take a size change if you need it!
