Choubi Carpet a fine woolen vegetable dye carpet weaved in Andkhoy district in Faryab city of Afghanistan, This style of carpet became popular in the early 1880, due to its unique designing and brighter colors it is one of top demanding carpets all around the World, Choubi which means wooden is very popular for its Beige color combined with many other colors as to name a few popular colors are beige with blue, beige with red, beige with green and many more which are still adding to the combinations every few years. Choubi carpet is mainly produced in 4 different qualities ( 35-35 ) (40 - 40 ) ( 45 - 45 ) ( 50 - 50 ), the numbers are the count of knots in every square inch which 35-35 is the lowest quality and 50 -50 is the finest quality, the prices are varying for each quality as the timeline for making the sames size carpet in each of this quality is almost doubling up. This quality runner is 45-45 quality
