Beautiful vintage Coleman lamp 249 Scout, nice original condition!

Vintage Coleman 249 Scout lamp with glass completely intact, no cracks or other damage that I can see. I am not a specialist in these lamps but as a collector of other things I would rate this to be in really nice condition! It looks complete and looking at the overall condition I am pretty sure this one works, but I have not tested it. Left in its completely original condition as found, not cleaned or polished, the speckles you see on the glass are dirt particles on the inside, the experts among you will know how to open it and clean it up nicely. There are some chips on the green enamel which is what you would expect from 50+ years of use, I think this one is probably from the 1950's? Height excluding handle is 32 cm.
