Associates and Agents could realistically expect to earn an estimated R19000.00 (5%) rental commission for each such home. We also refer home owners in your area who have received bookings and initially signed up directly with us to YOU to service, in which case you will be entitled to 2.5% commission. How many homes/flats/apartments/buildings/guest houses/lodges/hotels/security estates/villas, will you source and earn commission on?
Property Lifestyle is now partnering with selected Agents/Associates in order to provide the business vehicle which will maximize the income potential for all the participating partners. Property Lifestyle will be rolling out this business plan on a national basis – within 200km’s from a World Cup Stadium.
We will provide the legal documentation and know-how training and support.
We will take care of all administration, bookings and payments
We will attend to and direct the marketing and advertising campaigns
You will source the properties and assist the home owner as to the process of registering and listing their property on our website
You will do a final inspection of the home owner’s property to check that it is as advertised ONLY once a booking is confirmed by a Guest.
You will obtain from the home owner and submit to us their contract, and lease agreement, as well as issue the home owner with their inventory and inspection list issued by us to make use of by the home owner.
You will make yourself available for emergencies during the Guest’s stay i.e. loss of keys, burst geyser etc. if the owner is not available to attend to them.
The full spectrum of properties can be mandated: Caravan & Camping facilities, Backpacker & Hostelling Establishments, Bed & Breakfast Accommodation, Country Houses, Guest Houses, Lodges, Hotels and Self-Catering: Houses, Cottages, Chalets, Bungalow, Flats, Studio Apartments, Villas, Houseboats.
