The Albino White Beetroot is sourced from Holland, it is enterly white with a crisp texture and amazingly sweet flavour.

The Albino White Beetroot is grown for the delicious root or the nurtient-dense leaves, which is used like spinach. It is also grown for Cattle Fodder.

Sugar Beets is also used to make sugar. It is washed free from dirt and then cut into small cube pieces. Then it is boiled to a pulp with water so the sugars dissolves into the water. The pulp is then strained through a cloth and squeezed out, dried and sold as cattle feed.

The fluid is then boiled until crystals form. To seperate the sugar from the sypup - it is spinned inside spin-dryer.
